Move your data
Progress does not sync between devices — a laptop browser and a phone browser are separate stores. Export from one and import into the other to move it across.
Imports are validated before anything is written. A malformed file is rejected without touching what you already have.
Reset learning progress
Clears lesson, lab, mission, and quiz records. Your notes, revisit flags, understanding ratings, and saved architectures are kept.
Delete all local data
Removes everything: progress, quiz history, notes, revisit flags, saved architectures, and preferences. This cannot be undone.
Sync
Sync to your own server
OffOff. Everything stays in this browser. Turn this on and System Design keeps a copy on a storage server you run, so a second machine sees the same history. There is still no account — the API key is the only identity, and losing it loses the copy.
Each gym is a separate site, so this setting only covers System Design. The other gyms take the same endpoint and the same key.
Run your own server The wire protocol is written down — small enough that writing one is an afternoon, and the page doubles as a prompt you can hand to a coding agent.liter8.sh/remote-storageExport first if there is any chance you want it back.
